TEMPERATURE SHIPPING POLICY -- AND OPTIONS IN THE SHOPPONG CART:
CHOOSE OPTION A and You WILL be Charged for Breakage Disclaimer: Choose this option if you want shipment immediately regardless of temperature, and you will be charged for breakage or damage if shipped through regions of extreme hot or cold temperatures that cause breakage.
CHOOSE OPTION B and You will NOT be Charged for Breakage Disclaimer: Choose this option and we will ship at our discretion when extreme hot or cold temperatures subside.
SHIPPING TEMPERATURE POLICY: Temperatures of below 32 degrees and above 80 degrees can cause breakage or damage. We ship via UPS and we cannot control what regional routes are taken and through what temperatures. If given discretion, we will not ship when there are hot or cold waves in large portions of the country. We will ship in a reasonable time period when extreme temperatures subside. EXTREME HEAT OR COLD MAY DAMAGE YOUR WINE: In the case of GIFTS, we will hold shipments and we will send the recipient a note saying that we will be shipping them a gift of wine from you when the weather subsides. We DO NOT REFUND for wine that is damaged due to extreme heat or cold weather in transit, for which we are not given the temperature-time-of-shipment discretion.
Shipping:
-We ship UPS Ground.
-Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, not including holidays or weekends.
Expect 5-7 days for delivery.
-Accessories are shipped separately from wine.
-We cannot ship alcohol to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Please beware of extreme HEAT or COLD across the nation. We do not refund for wine damaged due to extreme conditions.
Ground Transit Times and Shipping Rates: Most orders are packed and shipped within 2-3 business days, see UPS Ground Transit Times table for transit time to your shipping destination. Eola Hills Winery does not ship on major holidays and weekends. All shipments made to DHL states are shipped via air to the major hub nearest you, so no expedited service is available. Wine orders are packaged and shipped from Eola Hills Winery, Inc. Logistic Centers in California, Oregon, and Washington.

As is tradition in the wine trade, all bottles 10 years or older are purchased at the buyer's risk.

User must be at least 21 years of age to be a member or receive wine shipments.If no one is available to receive the package, a subsequent attempt to deliver will be made. Whenever possible, we encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time. If subsequent attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to the logistics center it originally shipped from.
Eola Hills Winery, recognizes and complies with all federal, state, and local laws regarding sale of alcohol to minors.
1. We clearly state throughout the website that no purchase may be made by anyone under 21 years of age.
2. All shipments require an adult signature; proof of age will be verified by delivery carrier. No deliveries will be made to a visibly intoxicated person.
