"For an $18 Oregon Pinot, you can’t do much better than this well-made wine from a top-flight vintage. Brambly black cherry fruit carries a streak of cola, with ripe, moderate tannins balancing out a medium-long finish." more....

Petite Sirah 2008 Reserve Lodi Petite Sirah.

2008 Vintage just received a Silver Medal at 2014 McMinnville Sip.

Our newest vintage is succulent and rich. Deep, dark purple inky color leads way to loads of blueberries and sweet cherries with a vanilla, cinnamon spice finish.

We still have some of the 2007 available.  If you want the 2007 vintage be sure to let us know in the comments field when you order.

Syrah 2008 Classic Syrah
$15.95  00-02011

The fruit for this vintage is sourced from Columbia Valley from the Oregon side -
**see my notes below.

Our Syrah is a beautiful ruby red.  The nose is warm with vanilla and dark juicy fruit with a touch of earthiness.  The flavors are of rich blackberries, currants, dried cherries and a touch of vanilla spice to round out the finish.  This wine is ready for you to drink tonight.

**11/09 - National Geographic Traveler - Ranks 133 Top Destinations in World, Columbia Gorge Region named near top of list! In a 5-way tie for 6th place in the world (and the top rated destination in the West), the wineries of the region are a major draw for the region!
**The Columbia Gorge AVA has Champenoise style Chardonnay & Pinot Noir in its western reaches and high mountain sites, to Syrah and Cabernet in its eastern portion. The Columbia Gorge viticulture brings a distinctive taste, balance and vibrancy to a wide range of classic varietals. The Columbia Gorge is a national treasure and the Columbia Gorge AVA allows the wines of this treasure to be identified, on the wine labels made from its grapes. The fun will be experiencing the wines made from various varietals at varying locations along this three dimensional, transitional zone, between the worlds of northwestern Oregon and eastern Washington.
