Eola Hills' Pinot Gris takes Double
Gold!!!
(Rickreall, Oregon): Winemaker Steve Anderson knew that
the newly released 2005 Pinot Gris was exceptional and now it seems the Florida
State Fair International Wine Competition agrees. The Pinot Gris garnered
double gold! The three other wines entered medalled as well. A gold medal for
the Pacific Blanc and two silvers for the 2003 Wolf Hill Reserve Pinot Noir
(not yet released) and the 2004 Estate Pinot Noir. Four out of four! Since this
was the first competition for this Pinot Gris, ...could this be a "taste" of
things to come? Congratulations Steve!
