Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir | Oregon Wine 2012 Classic Pinot Noir
$17.95  00-88411

Gold Medal Winner - 2014 Newport Seafood and Wine Festival, Newport, Oregon

Featuring our new emerging label style, initially only on 2012 Oregon Pinot Noir bottles. Look for the large red "P" for Pinot Noir, in stores now.

Cranberries, strawberries and ripe cherries come to mind at first sip. We just bottled this delicious wine during the early part of September 2013. This is medium bodied with a hint of sweet oak on the finish. We have rolled out a new label for the new vintage. This is going to be another great hit from Oregon.

The right vines, rich soil, and proper climate are the basis for our exellence. The French call it "terroir (ter-war)". We call it OREGON!

2011 vintage just received a Gold Medal from the San Diego International Competition 2013

2010 vintage received: Gold Medal Winner - McMinnville Wine & Food Classic 2013

LaCreole is our Winemaker's Reserve, selected from the best French Barrels in the cellar.  Then blended to be the best each vintage has to offer.  This Pinot Noir starts bold and quickly surrounds the palate with intense ripe raspberries and smoky tannins.  This wine is too good to drink alone, please share with your friends over a meal.

Pinot Noir 2011 Reserve Oregon "Wolf Hill" Clone "667" Pinot Noir
$49.95  01-99214

Our Winemaker, Steve Anderson, can truly say this wine is a fine example of hedonism: single estate vineyard(Wolf Hill), single clone(dijon clone 667), single rootstock, and single cooper (Demptos A.O. MT+ TH). A wine that quantitatively and qualitatively bursts with intensity and length, dark red fruit in the nose and palate, and an equally intense amount of balanced tannins, that provide pleasure to those who like intense, and those who simply like, quality wine. Balance is  the key that opens the door to greatness!

Christmas & Holiday Wine Christmas Wine | Rudolph's Red | Pinot Noir|SOLD OUT|

Gentle flavors of strawberries and cranberries with a light silky finish. Try this Pinot Noir with Lamb, Pork, or Fish. In other words this wine will go with just about anything, including one of our favorites is spicy grilled sweet potatoes. This wine has good balance and can go with a wide variety of grilled or smoked foods such as pork or a roasted vegetable salad.

(back label poem):
History tells us of that famous flight
When Rudolph's nose lit up the night.
But down in the cellar, Santa was thinking
“What special wine would people be drinking?”
The elves and the reindeer were gathered around
In hopes that a holiday wine would be found.
Then Rudy stepped forward, the place was a hush
“Let's bottle a red, we've already got a blush.”
“You're right,” Santa exclaimed, “Red wine we can do!
Thanks, dear Rudy, we will name it for you.”
