Current Tasting Notes as of 4/16/08: Yummy chocolate cherry flavors, mingle with a hint of spice and finish with silky soft tannins.
Wolf Hill is partly planted to a Burgundian-styled high-density block of Dijon 114 & 115 clone, which contributes to the mouthfeel and concentration of fruit.
Tasting notes as of 02/10/07:
Rich with Cherry flavors bursting of Spice, Cola, Earth and some New French Oak. The finish is long and rich with powerful tannins that will explode in your mouth!
