Apples, Apples, and more apples - this is what comes to mind on the first sip. A little spritz on the finish This Pinot Gris was made exclusively from grapes grown in the Willamette Valley. We sourced grapes from the Willamette Valley to make this delicious barrel fermented Reserve Pinot Gris. We aged the juice in Acacia Wood for just a few months to flesh out the softer side of Pinot Gris. This is similar to Chardonnay because of the flavors of the wood coming out. I think people that enjoy Pinot Gris and Chardonnay will definitely enjoy this wine. Rich, deep, and serious are the words Steve Anderson, Our Winemaker, uses to describe this wine.
