Yummy flavors of dark chocolate and cherries. And the smokiness is remarkable in the middle palate. I think I can even taste Bacon! This is a rich, full bodied wine that really represents Oregon Pinot Noir at its best! Eola Hills Estate Vineyard has a small portion planted to a robust selection of Pinot Noir designated "667". This is so outstanding, it was decided to bottle a Vineyard-Clonal select Pinot Noir. Aged in 66.7% new American Oak Barrels.

Fresh Bartlett Pears come to mind when you first inhale the delicious aroma. At first taste, it is light, refreshing, and a little fruity with a light finish. A little spritz on the finish. Delicious with wild sockeye salmon. This Pinot Gris was made exclusively from grapes grown in the Willamette Valley. Aged only in stainless steel to allow the fruit flavors to come forward. Similar in style to the Pinot Grigio’s from Italy.
2007 Vintage Received: Silver Medal Winner - Tasting Guild International '09 "Best Buy", "86 Points" and "Wine of the Week" - Wine Spectator '09
We sourced grapes from the Willamette Valley to make this delicious barrel fermented Reserve Pinot Gris. We aged the juice in Acacia Wood for just a few months to flesh out the softer side of Pinot Gris. This is similar to Chardonnay because of the flavors of the wood coming out. I think people that enjoy Pinot Gris and Chardonnay will definitely enjoy this wine. Rich, deep, and serious are the words Steve Anderson, Our Winemaker, uses to describe this wine.
Wolf Hill vineyard, truly our estate vineyard located in the Eola Hills, has shown it's potential with the pinot noir and has come of age with the chardonnay. We practice "L.I.V.E*, which is : Low input sustainable agriculture in the vineyard with a minimum of chemical input, relying more on biodiversity and mechanical practices. Clones 76, 96 and 352 went into this delicious wine.Wolf Hill, our true estate vineyard, is located in the Eola Hills. This wine shows flavors of pears, apples and lemon. The finish is light with a touch of oak. Nice balance between fruit, acidity, and oak.
This Chardonnay is a "true Oregon Appellation" experience. We source the best chardonnay grapes for this wonderful "blend of Oregon appellations". The nose opens up clean and refreshing. The middle has Asian Pears and Plantains. The finish is light and smokey. This vintage is lighter on the oak finish than the 2005 vintage. If you ask Eric (our operations manager), he thinks this is one of the BEST LaCreole Chardonnay's that Steve has made today! Try it for yourself.
2005 Vintage was a : 10 time award winner, and a house favorite as well.

The nose opens with red currants and spice. The mid palate offers flavors of raspberries, red & black currants and cinnamon spice. The tannins are very thick and rich. This should age very well for the next 4 + years.
2006 vintage received: Oregon State Fair -Silver Medal Winner - August 2008
Aged in primarily Hungarian Oak for 15 months. This is a huge, dark and concentrated Merlot with plenty to offer. It is still very tight and will need to settle down before the flavors really begin to show themselves. Check back in a month or so, we will re-taste this and will give new tasting notes at that time.
COME AND GET IT!!! NEW RELEASE AS OF MARCH 11, 2009
The most rich, intense and multi-dimensional zinfandel tends to be produced from “Old Vines”, vines that are at least 50 years old. The vines we are using are about 65 + years old! They tend to have fewer clusters of grapes with smaller berry size, yielding more intense sugars, color and concentration of flavors, producing wines that are generally better balanced with more body and structure.
The agricultural history of the Mohr's and Fry's extends back to the 1850's, when Bruce Fry's great-great-grandfather on Jerry's mother's side, Cornelius Mohr, left his job on a whaling ship in the port of San Francisco and began a farming operation on a Spanish land grant near what later became Hayward (Alameda County).
This 2007 vintage explodes with fragrances of blueberries, cherries, pepper, and earth. In the mouth, it’s a silky, expansive, full-bodied, savory wine with beautifully integrated acidity, wood, alcohol, and tannin. Soft tannins add to the luscious texture of this delightful wine. These compact berries produce wines that explode on impact in the mouth, with layers of blackberries, cassis and liquorice.
Rotary-fermented to extract soft rich tannins, this wine was barrel-aged in older American Oak for one year. This rich Zinfandel makes a great companion for roasts, grilled game and turkey. Try it with smoked orange marinated duck with a chanterelles and sage.

The fruit for this vintage is sourced from Columbia Valley from Southern Washington and Northern Oregon. This rubied colored Syrah is a definite food wine, not over the top, and not thin by any means. The earth tones, plum flavors, alcohol and tannins mingle on the palette and release the qualities that this Syrah shows best.
We source fruit from Lodi California for this light and jammy red. Flavors include juicy Boysenberries and Marion berries. I like to call this “our summer red” because it is light with a touch of residual sugar.

This is a sweet but not too sweet white wine that has light fruity flavors. Easy to drink on a hot summer's day. Especially aromatic, this features soft, sweet, ripe fruit scents with notes of baked apples, apricots and honey.
Sweet and smooth from the start to finish, this Wine has quickly become one of our most requested wines. Our limited production Late Harvest Viognier, is highly aromatic, I term it perfume in a glass. The nose is floral, and the mouth full of apricot, pear and tropical fruit.
This rich textured wine with its creamy finish matches well with a variety of foods. A poached salmon with caviar and Champagne cream dressing, or a salad of salmon, foie gras & white asparagus can be a great summertime treat.

Ripe Oregon raspberries are crushed and then inoculated. During fermentation, spirits are added to stop the fermentation much like the process of Port. This results in a wine which is simply the essence of raspberries. The perfume explodes, the initial flavor is powerful and the finish is incredible!

Pressed from late harvest frozen Gewurztraminer grapes, our "Vin d Epice" is unctuous, honeyed and spicy on the palate with flavors reminiscent of apricots and guavas. While the wine is very sweet, the firm acidity keeps it from being cloying. Yummy, Yummy and more Yummy!
