We used the best Oregon Syrah grapes we could find. This rubied colored wine is a definite food wine, not over the top, and not thin by any means. Plum flavors, earthy mid-palate, spice driven finish.  Think Blackberry pie!

Food Pairing

Syrah is a serious full-bodied wine. Rich beef stews and all duck and game dishes go very well. Venison is particularly good. Barbecued food and well-flavored cous-cous are great. Also pairs well with your favorite Mushroom dish.
