Ripe Oregon raspberries are crushed and then inoculated.
During fermentation, spirits are added to stop the fermentation much like the process of Port.
This results in a wine which is simply the essence of raspberries.
The perfume explodes, the initial flavor is powerful and the finish is incredible!
