This Pinot Gris was made exclusively from grapes grown in the Willamette Valley.
Aged only in stainless steel to allow the fruit flavors to come forward. Similar in style to the Pinot Grigio’s from Italy.

This is so good and it was just bottled.  There is hardly any bottle shock - nice bright fruit nose with a rich chewy finish.
Rotary-fermented to extract soft rich tannins, this wine was barrel-aged in older American Oak for one year. This rich Zinfandel makes a great companion for roasts, grilled game and turkey. Try it with smoked orange marinated duck with a chanterelles and sage.

Our winemaker, Steve Anderson, thinks this vintage will be showcase for Oregon wineries, Eola Hills Wine Cellars included. Ripe berries, & cherries mingle with the soft supple texture of tannin, well rounded mouthfeel and smooth finish, complete the palate of this wine. Try this with Smoked Salmon on a bed of rice lightly sprinkled with red wine vinegar and fresh ground black pepper and dill seed. sweet & sour green beans. Potato salad.
