2005
Sweet and smooth from the start to finish, this Wine has quickly become one of our most requested wines. Our limited production Late Harvest Viognier, is highly aromatic, I term it perfume in a glass. The nose is floral, and the mouth full of apricot, pear and tropical fruit.
Food and Wine Pairing:
This rich textured wine with its creamy finish matches well with a variety of foods. A poached salmon with caviar and Champagne cream dressing, or a salad of salmon, foie gras & white asparagus can be a great summertime treat.
Willamette Valley Cabernet Sauvignon was blended with softer Southern Oregon Grapes, aged a year and a half in American Oak and bottled unfiltered, makes this a fine wine.
Our Cabernet Sauvignon shows blueberries and raspberries. Easy drinking with a soft finish.

Rough and chewy, to be sure, but it's got flavor in spades. Firm and tannic, this herbal take on Oregon Cabernet would match up quite nicely with skirt steak or anything off the grill. BEST BUY
