finish, this Wine has quickly become one of our most requested wines. Our
limited production Late Harvest Viognier, is highly aromatic, I term it perfume
in a glass. The nose is floral, and the mouth full of apricot, pear and
tropical fruit. Food and Wine Pairing: This rich textured wine with its creamy
finish matches well with a variety of foods. A poached salmon with caviar and
Champagne cream dressing, or a salad of salmon, foie gras & white asparagus
can be a great summertime treat. |
