Description

I believe it is all about the balance. In life, as well as winemaking. In the case of the wine, , fruit, oak, & acid come together in harmony. Our LaCreole Chardonnay is an Oregon appellation in the true sense.  A barrel selection from various vineyard lots, yeast selections, and aged for 9 months, is blended together from among many appellations.

The nose opens up with lemon nougat, milk chocolate, and pear. The flavors include Lemon, Butter and a touch of Vanilla with a long crisp flavorful finish.
