The earth tones, plum flavors, alcohol and tannins mingle on the palette and release the qualities that this Syrah shows best. (Released December 07)

Syrah is a serious full-bodied wine. Rich beef stews and all duck and game dishes go very well. Venison is particularly good. Barbecued food and well-flavored cous-cous are great. Also pairs well with vegetarian dishes.
